DRIVE-IN RULES

If you plan on sneaking into the BDI, your $5.00 savings will cost you $5.00 for your ticket and everybody in the vehicle will be asked to leave. Tickets will not be refunded.
Maximum vehicle speed is 5 mph inside our gates.
No alcoholic beverages permitted on the grounds.
Shirts and shoes are required by NYS Health Department Code in our main concession stand.
Shoes are recommended in our field.
Do not annoy your neighbor. Your car is your castle, however please refrain from activities that would cause your neighbor to complain to management. Examples would be excessive noise, drinking, drugs. All of these activities are grounds for forfeiture of your ticket money and you will be asked to leave. Tickets will not be refunded.
If you utilize a laser pointer to disrupt the movie, it will be confiscated, you will be ticketed by the State Police and asked to leave. Tickets will not be refunded.
"Crossing Over" from the cinema you have tickets for to the other cinema to watch that movie is not allowed unless you purchase "Cross-Over" tickets for that movie too. See Tickets for more information.
If you enter the BDI late at night after the Box Office has closed and do not pay admission at the Concession Stand, you will be asked to leave.
Removing parking poles from the ground is considered vandalism by the management and the pole MUST be replaced EXACTLY as it was or you will be ticketed by the State Police and you will be asked to leave the grounds. Tickets will not be refunded.
The management is not responsible for any damage done to your car while on our grounds.
